How are items shipped?
Most orders (to the continental US) are shipped through either UPS or USPS depending on availability. They are carefully placed into a customized, industrial-strength cardboard box to protect your products detail. International orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS in most cases.
Do you offer any type of a return policy?
We do. All of our items are backed by customer satisfaction. Many of our items are custom items which is why we often send out proofs before we begin creating them. Generally speaking, custom items cannot be returned or refunded, however, if it was damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the item as it arrived from the shipping company so that we may issue a claim. This allows us to begin the process of creating a replacement product for you.
How do I track my order after I purchase?
After your order has shipped, you will received updated information. If you supplied us with an email, you will be updated as to the tracking information and when to expect your item. If you do not receive this, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can provide that to you.
How do I reach somebody if I have a question?
Most people connect with us directly through Facebook or here online. You may also email us at email@example.com.
I see a design on a pillow but would like to have it created on another product. Is that possible?
Many of our designs can be created on other products. Contact us through Facebook or email as listed above and explain your needs and which design.
